So, let’s put some things into perspective, shall we?

✔ Every investment has a cost
✔ Real estate has one of the highest returns
✔ It can be a viable short- and long-term investment opportunity

You can have a 30%, 20% or 10% return on investment depending on your risk tolerance and budget.

If this all sounds too complicated, then chances are you haven’t nailed down your real estate investment strategy.

Understanding how the market moves and telling apart myth from reality comes with experience.

😲 If anyone ever tells you this, you need to run! 😲

Especially if they are presenting themselves as a real estate coach or expert.

This myth is a clear case of “a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.”

The reason?

All investing is inherently risky.

There I said it.

And chances are if you are at all familiar with investing, you already knew this.

Using leverage in real estate can move your investment onto a higher risk scale but that entirely depends on what, where and why.

Leverage is what allows investors with no money upfront to purchase a property by using other people’s money.

Avoiding leverage risks is just one part of the process that you need to be familiar with.

🔍 WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH INFLATION AND YOUR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS? 🔍

Inflation is back.

But really it never actually left.

A combination of factors (including a global pandemic!) has meant that this is all anybody can talk about in recent months.

Now …. there are a few things we definitely know, and these are that we DON’T KNOW where or when it is going to happen.

But there are benefits…

Especially for real estate investors that have acquired a fixed rate loan..

It means, you pay the same amount each year regardless, but your asset is increasing in value.

And if you’re renting it out, you’re actually making MORE each year!
