These two lovely individuals tied the knot before the holidays, 2025, giving each other the best gift possible, a lifetime of wedded bliss. Here are a few words they wished to share. Wendy Robinson was the Justice of the Peace for our Christmas wedding, and we truly could not have chosen anyone better. From our very first interaction, she made the entire process feel clear, calm, and so comfortable. She responded quickly to every message and adjusted the ceremony to reflect exactly what Justin and I envisioned without hesitation. Wendy created such a loving and safe space for us, and it never felt generic or scripted. It felt personal, intentional, and completely “us.” Having a Christmas wedding already felt magical, but Wendy’s warmth and professionalism made the ceremony even more meaningful. We are so grateful she was part of our day and would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for someone who truly cares about creating a beautiful, authentic ceremony. A late August ceremony was held under the "big tent" where many family members and good friends gathered to celebrate the union between this lovely couple. Wendy had clear communication from the beginning of the organization process and made the ceremony components easy to navigate and stress free, especially with support for our ceremony script and required documents throughout the planning. She was also very flexible with our specific requests including reading our vows privately before the ceremony and the flow of our ceremony entry music. "Wendy officiated our summer wedding in Wolfville, NS this year and she was amazing to work with. She was very responsive, helpful and flexible when helping us pick a script and get some of the initial administrative details complete; even though we live in another province. The meeting on our rehearsal day was seamless and easy and she made everything clear. The day-of was easy to navigate and she did an amazing job with our script and helping us with our vows. She's a very nice, happy person overall and we would highly recommend her for your wedding officiant needs. Thanks Wendy!"

She was professional and personable, answering all our questions in a timely fashion, and provided us with a range of options and examples of ceremony scripts based on our desired ceremony style. She clearly laid out our responsibilities and ensured that everything was in order well before the wedding. She also knew to move out of the way for the first kiss photo! I cannot recommend Wendy enough!"

In July 2025, the North Grand Pre Community Church, circa 1860, warmly welcomed family and friends to witness this beautiful couples' commitments to each other. Guests were treated to a surprise violin solo, a reading, personal vows and the symbolic unity ritual of handfasting. Of special note, the handfasting cords were hand made by the bride and the infinity knot was tied to perfection. Here are a few words from the couple; Wendy officiated our wedding ceremony and we couldn’t be any happier! We had an intimate wedding and wanted to feel that vendors also felt like friends and family. We met with Wendy a few times before the big day and we all felt very familiar by the time our wedding day arrived. She was very professional and made sure the ceremony was written to reflect “us” and more importantly, she helped make us feel comfortable during our ceremony and not awkward in front of our guests. The most important part of our day was absolutely perfect and we are so appreciative that Wendy was part of it! Congratulations A & E! Such a pleasure.

Another hot July ceremony held at Woodburn Ridge Events in Aylesford. This couple arrived from out of province to join with family and friends and share their commitments to each other. Love to see the first look taking place during the ceremony! Another groom smitten. Here's what they had to say; "Working with Wendy was seamless from initial inquiry emails to the day of our ceremony. We loved the "homework" we had to do. It was clear and allowed us to communicate our thoughts, plans, and hopes for the ceremony. Furthermore, Wendy delivers scripts for you to choose from if you so want. We did not want to write our own vows, but really liked these editable scripts because they allowed us to feel as if we were customizing vows that fit us as a couple. Wendy's writing is truly beautiful; Many of the scripts we received would have been perfect. For rehearsal, Wendy was incredibly helpful. She had many tips and tricks that made the actual ceremony go so smoothly. She brought a calming presence to a hectic set-up/rehearsal day. Her directions made sense, and she answered our questions with ease. We have nothing but positives to say about Wendy Robinson and her ability as a Justice of the Peace.
