On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the Self-Advocates of the Rockies Group Society along with staff and individuals from REALM Services Inc. invited the federal election Liberal candidate "Reggie Goldsbury" to come and speak about what he would like to work on if elected after the Monday, April 28th election.

In the attached picture is Reggie with most of the current board members of SAOR Group Society.

Your attention please, the Self-Advocates of the Rockies Group Society & International Volunteer Experience would like to inform all those keen bidders who came through our silent auction we held at REALM Services Inc. from October 15th to now (October 31st) is now closed.

We are sorry that you may have missed the opportunity to bid on our art pieces we had on display and if you are a winner on one of the items, we will be get in contact with you soon.

The payments will be collected on Friday, November 15th so we will see then.

Once all money is collected, 75 percent will go to SAOR (Self-Advocates of the Rockies) Group Society and 25 to IVE (International Volunteer Experience)

Thank you again and keep your eyes and hear open for more future fundraisers from our society and IVE separately.

Any you someone who likes to collect, buy, or even admire art of any form and who created it?

Well, your search is over, from Tuesday, October 15th to Thursday, October 31st, the Self-Advocates of the Rockies Group Society in collaboration with the International Volunteer Experience (IVE) is hosting a silent auction located at the main building of REALM Services Inc. and you will be directed where all the items are at.

There are four picture posted with this information to give a small vibe of what is up for bids.

After October 31st, payments for each item will be collected on Friday, November 15th. Details will be provided soon how to pay for your item that you won.

Lastly, after all payments are collected after November 15th, 75 percent of the proceeds will go to SAOR Group Society and 25 percent to IVE.

Self-Advocates of the Rockies Group Society is proud to present their "3rd Annual Silent Auction in collaboration with the International Volunteer Experience (I.V.E.)" The theme is "art and crafts"

If any advocates or anyone would like to donate items for the auction, they can either contact SAOR Group Society's Chair Kimberly, or the Secretary, Jonathan at [email protected] or items can be dropped off at REALM Services Inc. second location 12th Ave on Tuesday mornings between 10 -11 am or Friday mornings between 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. If you want to email, please put "SAOR's Silent Auction" in the subject line and in the message "Attention: Kimberly and/or Jonathan."

Donations will be accepted from October 1-10, 2024 with bidding happening at REALM's main building between October 15-31, 2024 and final payments on items Friday, November 4, 2024.
