Under the International Mobility Program, some work permits are LMIA-exempt, depending on eligibility.

Options may include:

For Francophone Mobility, eligible applicants may qualify with **NCLC 5 in French speaking and listening**, along with other requirements.

Before counting your Canadian experience, check:

• Is your job in TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3?
• Was the work authorised and paid?
• Do you have the required 1,560 hours?
• Was the experience gained within the last 3 years?
• Was it gained after full-time studies?
