গতকাল আমাদের "Friends Law Associates" পরিদর্শনে করতে আসেন
ঐতিহ্যবাহী সিলেট জেলা আইনজীবী সমিতির সম্মানিত সভাপতি বিজ্ঞ সিনিয়র আইনজীবী জনাব Sorwar Ahmed Chowdhury Abdal এডভোকেট মহোদয় এবং সম্মানিত সাধারণ সম্পাদক বিজ্ঞ সিনিয়র আইনজীবী জনাব Jubayer Bakth এডভোকেট মহোদয় এছাড়া আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবী জনাব আলাউদ্দিন মহোদয় এবং তরুন প্রজন্মের আইকন বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবী উজ্জ্বল সাহেব এবং আমাদের এসোসিয়েটস এর সম্মানিত সদস্য এডভোকেট জাহেদ আহমদ, এডভোকেট জিয়াউল হক মুস্তাক ও এডভোকেট ইমাজ উদ্দীন (রনি) প্রমূখ।

১৷ পারিবারিক আদালতের মোকদ্দমা
২৷ চেক এর মামলা (৫ লক্ষ টাকার কম)
৩৷ যৌতুকের মামলা (৩ ও ৪ ধারা)।
৪৷ নারী নির্যাতন মামলা (১১গ) সহ বেশ কয়েকটি বিষয়ে এখন থেকে সরাসরি বিজ্ঞ আদালতে মামলা দায়ের করা যাবে না।
প্রথমে লিগ্যাল এইডের মাধ্যমে মধ্যস্থতার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। মধ্যস্থতার মাধ্যমে সমাধান না হলে এরপর মামলা দায়ের করতে হবে। মধ্যস্থতা চেষ্টার সময়টুকু তামাদি থেকে বাদ যাবে। আইনগত সহায়তা প্রদান আইন, ২০০০ (Legal Aid Services Act, 2000) এ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কিছু পরিবর্তন এসেছে।
