🏏 Won or Lost???
Experienced, learned, cheered, created bonds and made countless memories—that’s what truly matters!

Recently, the Department of Law qualified for the semi-finals of the WUB Clemon Uni Campus Cricket. I was fortunate enough to stand beside my students and cheer for them throughout the tournament. As faculty members, we tried to be their strength, supporters, motivators and guides both on and off the field.

I must say that our boys and girls played exceptionally well. The entire ground echoed with the enthusiasm and spirit of Law students. Their passion, teamwork, sportsmanship and determination made us proud at every moment.

Although they could not secure a place in the final, they certainly earned a place in our hearts. Success is not always measured by trophies; sometimes it is measured by the unity, dedication and memories created along the journey.

Stay blessed my boys and girls!! Keep believing, keep striving and keep making us proud. The best is yet to come! ❤️⚖️🏏

I am filled with both delight and sorrow as I bid farewell to my beloved students of Batch 60 (Department of Law, World University of Bangladesh).

Although this batch was smaller in number compared to many other batches, it holds a very special place in my heart. I began my journey at WUB with this batch, and from the very beginning, I found them to be innocent, polite, meritorious, respectful and truly inspiring young individuals. Over the years, I have shared countless memories with each and every one of them, making this farewell even more emotional.

I firmly believe that every student of this batch possesses unique potential and the ability to make meaningful contributions to the nation and the world—not only in the legal profession but also in various fields beyond law. Your dedication, perseverance, and character will undoubtedly lead you toward success and excellence.

From the bottom of my heart, I pray for your happiness, prosperity and achievements in every step of life. Always remember that my support, guidance and best wishes will remain with you. Whenever you need me, I will always be there for you.

Thank you for the wonderful memories, the respect and the privilege of being a part of your academic journey.

Wishing you all a bright and successful future.

Alhamdulillah! A successful event came to an end with countless memories, meaningful sharings and strong commitments for the future.

It was truly an honor and privilege to organize and be part of the IIUM Alumni Bangladesh Chapter Get-together and Reception Program 2026, where almost 200 distinguished alumni of the International Islamic University Malaysia gathered together in a spirit of unity, brotherhood and professional networking.

We were deeply honored by the gracious presence of A.N.M. Ehsanul Hoque Milon, honorable minister of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, as the chief guest of the program. The event was further enriched by the presence of the honorable Members of Parliament, Atiqur Rahman Mujahid and Shamim Kaiser Lincoln, as esteemed guests.

We were also delighted to welcome our special guests, H.E. Mohd Shuhada Othman, Honorable High Commissioner of Malaysia to Bangladesh, and H.E. Shuineen Rasheed, Honorable High Commissioner of Maldives to Bangladesh.

The gathering reflected the strength, diversity and global spirit of the IIUM alumni community in Bangladesh. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude to every participant, organizer, volunteer and well-wisher who contributed to making this program a remarkable success.

May this bond of friendship, professionalism and shared values continue to grow stronger in the coming days.
