Foreignjobsbd.com charges recruiters/employers on per job basis. If there is more than one job in a single notice then the rates would be pro-rated based on the number of the jobs in the notice. Recruiters/employers can be able to edit the posted job within one hour of the job posting. After recruiters/employers’ posting, foreignjobsbd.com will take maximum 48 hours for reviewing and publishing job advertisement. Recruiters/employers’ posted job will remain at highlighted and category job section for maximum 30 days from the posting date. However Recruiters/employers can settle the application deadline of the posted job in any date within this 30 days boundary. Foreignjobsbd.com suspects any suspicious and/or illegal content in the job advertisement as a result job advertisement will not be published in the foreignjobsbd.com site and job posting fees will not be refunded any more. Jobseeker Membership Service:
The Jobseeker Membership agreement is between the individual subscriber of foreignjobsbd.com Membership Service (hereafter referred to as the "Client") and foreignjobsbd.com (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider")
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider according to the chart of membership fees for a certain period. For this fee, the Service Provider will provide access to the Client to the foreignjobsbd.com for searching job for a certain period. The Client accepts that this service is without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. The Client assumes all risks related to use of information sent. In no event is Service Provider liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, inaccuracy of information provided. The Client accepts that the information provided is for his or her personal use only and not for circulation. Agent Service:
Agent must ensure the confidentiality of registered jobseekers’ information. In any circumstance, agent cannot use and/or provide any information of jobseekers to third party for own/third party benefit. Agent cannot assign any sub-agent for registering jobseekers in Foreignjobsbd.com. Agent cannot receive any charges from jobseekers for providing registering services of foreignjobsbd.com. Agent will get one time BDT 50 (Fifty Taka) fees from foreignjobsbd.com against his registering each jobseeker who will purchase minimum one time 30 days package of foreignjobsbd.com. Foreignjobsbd.com can terminate any agent at any time without showing any reason. Users who violate the Terms may have their access and use of the foreignjobsbd.com sites suspended or terminated, at foreignjobsbd.com’s discretion.
