তোমাকে পাওয়ার জন্যে, হে স্বাধীনতা,

আর কতবার ভাসতে হবে রক্তগঙ্গায় ?

তুমি আসবে বলে, হে স্বাধীনতা,
সাকিনা বিবির কপাল ভাঙলো,
সিঁথির সিঁদুর গেল হরিদাসীর।
তুমি আসবে বলে, হে স্বাধীনতা,
শহরের বুকে জলপাইয়ের রঙের ট্যাঙ্ক এলো
দানবের মত চিৎকার করতে করতে
তুমি আসবে বলে, হে স্বাধীনতা,
ছাত্রাবাস বস্তি উজাড হলো। রিকয়েললেস রাইফেল
আর মেশিনগান খই ফোটালো যত্রতত্র।
তুমি আসবে বলে, ছাই হলো গ্রামের পর গ্রাম।
তুমি আসবে বলে, বিধ্বস্ত পাডায় প্রভূর বাস্তুভিটার
ভগ্নস্তূপে দাঁডিয়ে একটানা আর্তনাদ করলো একটা কুকুর।
তুমি আসবে বলে, হে স্বাধীনতা,
অবুঝ শিশু হামাগুডি দিলো পিতামাতার লাশের উপর।

তোমাকে পাওয়ার জন্যে, হে স্বাধীনতা, তোমাকে পাওয়ার জন্যে
আর কতবার ভাসতে হবে রক্তগঙ্গায় ?
আর কতবার দেখতে হবে খাণ্ডবদাহন ?
স্বাধীনতা, তোমার জন্যে এক থুত্থুরে বুডো
উদাস দাওয়ায় বসে আছেন – তাঁর চোখের নিচে অপরাহ্ণের
দুর্বল আলোর ঝিলিক, বাতাসে নডছে চুল।
স্বাধীনতা, তোমার জন্যে
মোল্লাবাডির এক বিধবা দাঁডিয়ে আছে
নডবডে খুঁটি ধরে দগ্ধ ঘরের।

স্বাধীনতা, তোমার জন্যে
হাড্ডিসার এক অনাথ কিশোরী শূন্য থালা হাতে
বসে আছে পথের ধারে।
তোমার জন্যে,
সগীর আলী, শাহবাজপুরের সেই জোয়ান কৃষক,
কেষ্ট দাস, জেলেপাডার সবচেয়ে সাহসী লোকটা,
মতলব মিয়া, মেঘনা নদীর দক্ষ মাঝি,
গাজী গাজী বলে নৌকা চালায় উদ্দান ঝডে
রুস্তম শেখ, ঢাকার রিকশাওয়ালা, যার ফুসফুস
এখন পোকার দখলে
আর রাইফেল কাঁধে বনে জঙ্গলে ঘুডে বেডানো
সেই তেজী তরুণ যার পদভারে
একটি নতুন পৃথিবীর জন্ম হ’তে চলেছে –
সবাই অধীর প্রতীক্ষা করছে তোমার জন্যে, হে স্বাধীনতা।

পৃথিবীর এক প্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে জ্বলন্ত
ঘোষণার ধ্বনিপ্রতিধ্বনি তুলে,
মতুন নিশান উডিয়ে, দামামা বাজিয়ে দিগ্বিদিক
এই বাংলায়
তোমাকেই আসতে হবে, হে স্বাধীনতা।

ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন, ২০১৮ বাতিল পূর্বক তদস্থলে সাইবার নিরাপত্তা আইন, ২০২৩ প্রণয়ন করবার সিদ্ধান্ত মন্ত্রিসভায় গৃহীত হয়েছে।

দেওয়ানি মামলার আপিল শুনানিতে

জেলা জজের আর্থিক এখতিয়ার ৫ লাখ টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৫ কোটি টাকা করা হয়েছে।

সহকারী জজের আর্থিক এখতিয়ার ২ লাখ টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে ১৫ লাখ টাকা এবং

জ্যেষ্ঠ সহকারী জজের আর্থিক এখতিয়ার চার লাখ টাকা থেকে বাড়িয়ে ২৫ লাখ টাকা করা হয়েছে।

তবে যুগ্ম জেলা জজের আর্থিক এখতিয়ারে কোনো পরিবর্তন হয়নি। কারণ তিনি যেকোনো মূল্যের জমি সংক্রান্ত দেওয়ানি মামলার বিচার করতে পারেন।

এছাড়া দ্য সিভিল কোর্টস (সংশোধিত) অধ্যাদেশ-২০১৫-এর খসড়া ১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০১৫ ইং তারিখে মন্ত্রিসভায় অনুমিদিত হয়।

The draft Civil Courts (Amended) Ordinance 2015 has been approved by the Cabinet on the 14th of September, 2015.

It has changed the pecuniary jurisdictions of the Civil Courts of the country.

Assistant Judge's pecuniary jurisdiction has been increased from Tk 2 lac to Tk 15 lac.

Senior Assistant Judge's pecuniary jurisdiction has been increased from Tk 4 lac to Tk 25 lac.

Joint District Judge's pecuniary jurisdiction remains the same as he can hear civil cases of any title valuation.

Appellate pecuniary jurisdiction of District Judge has been increased from Tk 5 lac to Tk 5 crores.

Any higher title valuation should be appealed before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

বার কাউন্সিলের MCQ enrollment exam দেয়ার জন্য যা যা লাগবে বা করনীয়:
১. ৬ মাসের intimation
২. বার কাউন্সিল বরাবর exam form fee বাবদ গোলাপী স্লিপে ৫০০/- টাকা এবং exam fee বাবদ blue স্লিপে ২৪০০/- টাকা জমা দিতে হবে।
৩. 'G' ফর্মে ট্রেনর এডভোকেট হতে intimation সংক্রান্ত প্রত্যয়ন পত্র।
৪. ৫ টি ফৌজদারী ও ৫ টি ডেওয়ানি মামলার তালিকা।
৫. নিজ নিজ ট্রেনর এডভোকেট দ্বারা সকল educational certificate এবং mark sheet এর এক কপি করে সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
৬. বিদেশী university এর certificate এর জন্য UGC কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত equivalency certificate জমা দিতে হবে।
৭. 2টি character certificate জমা দিতে হবে।
৮. Form 'A' এর সাথে সংযুক্ত নমুনা ২০০/- টাকা মূল্যমানের স্ট্যাম্প পেপারে একটি এফিডেভিট।
৯. ৪ কপি সত্যায়িত passport size colour photograph.
১০. বার কাউন্সিল কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত রেজিষ্ট্রেশন কার্ডের ফটোকপি।

A study regarding disputes related to land

- Approximately 45.2% of all land related interests are maintained through unregistered or improper documents, especially in cases of inherited land parcels.
- Households with registered land experience lower apprehension of pending disputes or fear of future disputes.
- 1 in every 5 households in the country has land dispute
- 1 in every 4 households with land disputes had bribed arbitrators
- Dhaka division is the most prone to land disputes, closely followed by Sylhet division.
- Approximately 6.6% of all households fear a future property dispute
- Around 2 million land disputes awaits to be resolved in judiciary and makes 70% of all the litigations.
- Approximately 19% of them fear physical violence in future.
