VERY SCARY STORY OF A BLACKMAIL_VICTIM WHO WAS AN EX SCHOLASTICAN STUDYING AT IUB_____________________________________________
Hello, this is advocate Sheikh Asif. I am the founder member of this group now practicing as an advocate at Dhaka Judge Court. One of our teacher from this group EX-Scholastican now studying at IUB. She has been the victim of a blackmail incident. I am not sharing much information about her.
The girl was very close with her boyfriend and shared every daily activity. But she didn't know about the trap of his boyfriend. Actually, her boyfriend was drug addicted and trapped every girl he used to date. The trap was when the boy used to get closer to his girlfriend he took n**e videos and pictures even s*xual videos.
Then he told his girlfriend to have s*x with his other male friends otherwise he threatened them to spread the videos and pictures. The boy actually took around 20,000 (twenty thousand) to 1,00,000 (one lac) from that guy to have s*x with his girlfriends.
I got this case a few days ago. The victim girl did it 2-3 times and at a time she decided to su***de. One day she called me as she knows me by this group. Her parents also contacted me and shared their problems as I had a good relationship with them for a long time. They told me to handle the case confidentially. I decided not to file the case as it needs to be mitigated confidentially. I have called the accused and arranged a meeting with the boy and his parents. I have shared all the legal consequences and punishment against the crime and they really scared. But the boy did misbehavior with me. Then me with my other chamber partner slapped him for like several times and called the police immediately because he was doing misbehavior and threat me to see in future. I called the police and the victim family immediately. I told the police officer to file a GR case immediately and to arrest him and they were about to do it. The victim girl said if the case has been filed the matter might be disclosed and her future career might ruin for this. Then I asked what she actually asks for. She replied and ask the boy to such her shoes. I made the boy bound to this and asks for a remedy 50 lac immediately. The boy’s parents were ready to give the remedy to the victim girl immediately and then I took a bond from the accused boy not to follow and disturb the victim girl anymore. The victim girl was happy to me.
