নির্ধারিত করমেয়াদ শেষে পরবর্তী ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে দাখিলপত্র দাখিল করা প্রত্যেক নিবন্ধিত ও তালিকাভূক্ত ব্যক্তির জন্য অবশ্য পালনীয় দায়িত্ব।
তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, ১৫ (পনেরো) তম দিবসে সরকারি ছুটি থাকিলে তৎপরবর্তী কার্যদিবসে দাখিলপত্র পেশ করিতে হইবে।
