Lee Alain is very passionate into fitness which he dedicated himself to wake up early every mornings to practice his routine workout before heading to work. Kung-fu forms, Chi gong meditation, Weights workout, cardio running. He does believe life must be a balance in order to keep a standard lifestyle which he try to educate and share this mindset to the public. He is very excited to provide some assistance to the public needs.
