If you need help protecting your homestead from the Medicaid Recovery vultures, please get with me, and we can draw up a Transfer on Death Deed for you so you can avoid the hassle that will come later. If you do not do this, Medicaid Recovery will come after your property after you die. They will send your family a letter in the mail telling them that they owe thousands of dollars, or they will come after the house. If you get this letter, its too late to avoid the hassle , but I can fight them for you, and I never lose!!! Proud to announce that Gonzalez Law Office donated the funds to build these Palapas for the Youth Center Farm . One step closer to having it ready for use and enjoyment for the RA, SD, BB and Alice communities. The funds were the direct result of a great case settlement that my office had this Summer. Please please please DO NOT fall for this scam. If you have filed a deed at the courthouse you do NOT have to pay 120 dollars to this bu****it company!!! They get your address from the public records at the courthouse and then send you this letter hoping you will fall for it!!! If you have any questions about this bu****it letter or any other bu****it scam letter, just call me and I will explain it to you! 361 701 1464

Signed up 6 new auto accident clients this week. Once you become a client of mine, you get a lot of perks!!!! Free pool parties!!! Remember , you don’t want to get in an accident but if you do, call me!!’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Wake me up at 3 AM, I don’t care!!! Don’t get screwed by the greedy big firms, I am fair and the client always gets the biggest check!

If any one out there has elderly parents or grandparents that can’t get out of the house, just let me know and I will make a house call and pay them a visit. Don’t put off to tomorrow what you can do today. My fees are flexible and I do a lot of discounted and free work. I’m always amazed when clients tell me they have been waiting for years to do a simple transfer on death deed or a simple will. Just call me and I’ll come see them. 361 701 1464.

Okay, so 309 shares later and I will be closing the pool party give away today!!! I will probably break up into groups of 50 for the spinning wheel and pick the winners on the first spin . I am totally shocked that so many people wanted a pool party. We will give away about ten in total and I actually gave away 2 extra parties because I liked the comments they left me! You see, it always pays to be nice! But please please remember, if you get into a car accident or get hurt on the job or working in the oilfield call me!!! Don’t call the big law firms! You can trust me! I’ve handled dozens of accident cases for RA and SD and BB residents for years now. See y’all at the pool! Oh yea, and next big case I settle, I will build another, bigger pool!!! I promise!!!

Summer is winding down my RA people and to thank all of my friends and clients out there, I will be giving away a 3 hour pool party every weekend for the month of September and October if it doesn’t get too cold. All you have to do is share this post and promise to call me if you ever get hurt in an accident!!’ But, please don’t get into one if you can help it!!! I’ll announce the winners in September and go live with a spinning wheel or by picking names out of a hat. I’ll figure it out. Love you guys!!! I know it’s hot out there and for some of you it might be very hard to leave the house to visit with a lawyer. So, stay home! I will come to you if you have any legal issues you need to discuss.
