My client was buying from Dubai, which meant she had to place 100% trust in me to find the right property, inspect it, and negotiate on her behalf - without ever setting foot in it herself.
It wasn’t a quick one. With things shifting overseas, the brief and the budget changed halfway through, so we adapted and kept moving.
We even pulled out of one property along the way after uncovering major water issues. Walking away from a deal is never easy, but it’s my job to protect my clients, not just get them across the line.

And in the end, we found it. A solid 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car brick home in Erina. The perfect investment for her.

So happy to get this one done for my client. 🙌

Being in a room full of people I’ve long respected in this industry and being nominated alongside them means a lot.
Having Kim by my side made it even better. She’s been there from day one keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, so to get a rare kid free night out together and enjoy the fruits of the hard work was pretty special.

So excited for my Sydney clients who have just secured their first investment property. Purchased off market for $750k, rent at $650 per week (4.5% yield). Three bed, one bath, two car garage on a level 500sqm block in a growth location in the Maitland region, just 25 minutes to Newcastle Airport.
With low stock levels and a competitive market, my relationships did the heavy lifting. We secured this property with zero competition, before it ever hit the open market.
