With Shelby Timmins and Chanel Hughes, two of the leading figures in this space, together with Clare Rowe a leading psychologist and court report writer, this webinar should not be missed for those practitioners seeking to resolve family law parenting disputes. The team at RAMP is keen to use best practice in including the voice of the child in the mediation of parenting disputes and we look forward to listening to the experts in this space on 29 April 2024.

Reflections in Law Conference 2024 announcing our next keynote speaker 📢 Her Honour, Judge Kearney.

Her Honour will be presenting on the amendments to the Family Law Act- What is old is new again.

Her Honour’s presentation will explore changes to the way we do business such as –

* How will children’s voices will be heard more loudly and clearly than ever before across Australia?
* How does my role as information provider change?
* How will the re-opening of cases be decided in the future?
* How should we view the changes in language and/or approach about “best interests”, “parental responsibility” and “time”?
