Australia Awards Scholarships: Applications now open for 2024 intake
The Australian Government has announced that applications for the 2024 Australia Awards Scholarships round are now open.
The scholarships provide the opportunity for individuals from a selection of developing countries to undertake full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian
universities.
What is included in the scholarship?
The scholarships cover a range of expenses including:
-Tuition fees
-Return air travel
-Establishment allowances - a contribution towards ---- Accommodation expenses, textbooks, study materials
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Contribution to living expenses – a fortnightly contribution to basic living expenses paid at a rate determined by the department.
In addition, students will also have access to a range of support services which may include language and academic support if needed.
