๐Ÿ”น 1,050 places available
๐Ÿ”น Lowest score invited: 544
๐Ÿ”ธ 906 ROIs on hand

๐Ÿ”ธ 36 invitations issued but application not yet lodged

Subclass 491 - Skilled Work Regional visa:

๐Ÿ”ท Northern Territory Skilled Migration: 2026-27 Nomination Allocations & Portal Reopening ๐Ÿ”ท

The Northern Territory Government has officially received a total allocation of 1,850 nomination places for the 2026-27 General Skilled Migration program.

The application portal opens today, 21 August 2026, for all onshore streams and selected offshore streams.

๐Ÿ“Š 2026-27 Allocation Breakdown:

๐Ÿ”น Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated visa): 850 places
๐Ÿ”น Subclass 491 (Skilled Work Regional visa): 1,000 places

Key program updates:

- Full-time employment for onshore applicants is now defined as at least 35 hours per week with an NT employer.
- The Offshore NT Priority Occupation stream remains closed
- Updated residency and employment requirements are now in effect for NT Graduate and Family streams.

Eligibility criteria have been updated across several streams for the new program year. Ensure you review the latest requirements before submitting an application.
