A big shout out and thank you to Immigration Law News. Mark Northam and Sergio Zanotti Stagliorio who held an excellent and informative CPD on the New Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
It was one of the most comprehensive reviews to date. Many issues were covered.

There is ongoing concern about Education Agents providing Migration Advice let alone representation in the AAT and various judicial and merit reviews.

AMEP

Contacted an AMEP provider today to enquire if they can provide as part of their English Language Syllabus Preparation for Australian Citizenship and the Victorian (Or for that matter any other state) Driver's license./Learners's Permit.

I am waiting to hear back from them, But to be honest, I am surprised they have not already considered this.

I am confident that the inclusion of these two topics would be of great interest and value to newly arrived-migrants.
