We successfully obtained the approval for a permanent onshore Partner visa subclass 801 for our client. In this case, the initial temporary visa (subclass 820) was granted in nearly two months after visa submission, with the subsequent permanent visa (subclass 801) processed within five months after lodgement.
To increase the chances of getting visa outcomes expedited, we require all clients to submit decision-ready applications. Additionally, when a visa application has been pending for six months or more, we proactively request updated evidence to ensure all documentation supporting the key Partner visa requirements remains current. Yesterday, we achieved a swift and successful nomination transfer for a client seeking to change the employer sponsor. The entire process was completed efficiently, ensuring our client experienced a smooth transition.

Employer-sponsored visa holders with condition 8607 can cease employment with their employer sponsor, but they must find a new employer sponsor within 180 consecutive days of ceasing sponsored employment. During these 180 consecutive days, the visa holder can work for any employer.
