Our Melbourne team joined the 2026 PIF Steps for Homeless Youth event at Albert Park Lake last Friday.

A foggy start turned into a beautiful sunny morning as everyone walked and ran in support of young Australians experiencing homelessness.

We were proud to take part again this year and contribute to such an important cause. Thank you to the Property Industry Foundation for the meaningful work you do.

We recently celebrated International Women’s Day with a panel discussion hosted by our Inclusion and Diversity Committee featuring four accomplished barristers: Kateena O'Gorman, Emily Golshtein, Fiona Forsyth KC and Bianca Sacco.

This year’s theme, ‘Balance the Scales’, guided a thoughtful discussion on equitable briefing policies, experiences of women at the bar including career growth and pay, the role of men in supporting change, and advice for women in the profession.

We thank our panellists for generously sharing their insights and Jessica Tilbury (Tsiakis) for moderating the discussion.
