Opening our doors to the next generation and why more students should take the opportunity!

A big congratulations and thank you to Serenity, who has spent the week with us at Active Agents Hervey Bay completing her high school work experience!

It has been an absolute pleasure having Serenity in our business. She’s brought wonderful energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and we certainly see a bright future ahead of her!

This week is also a great reminder of just how valuable work experience opportunities are for our young people.

Whether you’re a student who knows exactly what you want to do after school or you’re still figuring it out, work experience gives you the opportunity to step inside a real business, see what happens behind the scenes and discover what a career might actually look like.

Yesterday afternoon there was a very excited reaction coming from the Eastern Portfolio when Tahlia realised the number had officially hit ZERO!

A huge congratulations to Property Manager Tahlia and Support Agent Silvia for the work happening behind the scenes the calls, emails, follow-ups and conversations with tenants that all help keep things on track.

It’s a great reminder that proactive property management is often about the little things done consistently, especially clear communication and early follow-up.
