Lucas looks at the hands-on side — maintenance, repairs, touch-ups and those finishing details that buyers often notice.

I look after the sale strategy, pricing, presentation, marketing, buyer appeal, negotiation and guiding you through the process from start to finish.

And where needed, we can bring in the right people — stylists, cleaners, gardeners, trades or anyone else who can help present the home properly.

We take a lot of the stress away and do the heavy lifting for our clients. After all these years in real estate, there’s not much we haven’t tackled to help get a property ready for sale.
