Quanta have been appointed as the Investment Manager for the property, which was acquired on behalf of a long-standing family office client.

🏥☑️ We are very pleased to announce the settlement of the Robina Lifestyle and Medical Centre at 299 Scottsdale Drive, Robina (Gold Coast) QLD.

The asset was identified and acquired on behalf of a long-standing family office client, aligning perfectly with their long-term objectives.

Purpose-built in 2023, the centre has a WALE of 8.46 years with a diverse mix of high-quality tenants. Medical on Robina and Green Leaves Early Learning are the anchor tenants providing great exposure to the strong underlying demand of both healthcare and childcare assets.

We are proud to have secured such an exceptional asset and are excited to have been appointed as the Investment Manager for the property, reflecting the trusted relationships we have worked hard to build over many years.

🏗️✅ The settlement of 2/112 Darlington Drive, Yatala has taken place today marking the establishment of the Quanta Yatala Industrial Trust.

Situated in the M1 corridor industrial area, which has an extremely tight vacancy rate of just 0.9%, our acquisitions team identified the opportunity to acquire the property off-market at an attractive purchase yield of 6.71%, and developed a strategy to unlock significant capital growth over the short term.

During due diligence one of the two major tenants exercised their 4-year option, increasing the WALE at settlement from 1.37 years to 3.20 years and further enhancing the return metrics, with a 3-year IRR of 20.83% being targeted.

The team are excited to get to work managing the asset and delivering a great outcome for the property and our investors.
