How do I even get my money into Argentina safely?

It is the first question most foreign buyers ask us, long before they pick a neighborhood. So here is the whole thing on four cards.

Your funds can enter the country on the record. Open a local account remotely, by power of attorney. Move the money through a regulated channel, fully documented. Optimize the exchange, official or financial-dollar route, whichever leaves you more pesos. Then sign the deed with the money clean and already in place.

No suitcase. No grey market. No surprises at the closing table. One team for the funds, the bank, and the keys.

When you want to plan it properly, the link is in our bio.

Detail for the sake of detail. Nobody passing below at street level is meant to notice the top floor, and yet there it is.

Where do you think this is?

Argentina’s culture is filled with charm, contradictions, and self-awareness - often in the most endearing ways.
In this conversation, Ladislas Maurice (The Wandering Investor), Martín Hecht (Founder of MH Legal Hub) who works closely with MGNI, and Maximiliano Götz (MGNI – Buenos Aires Real Estate for Foreigners) share insights into how Argentines see themselves. From national pride to self-deprecating humor, the conversation captures the country’s unique mix of confidence and warmth - and the unwritten rule that Argentines can joke about themselves, but foreigners probably shouldn’t.

For anyone looking to live or do business in Argentina, understanding this mix of pride and playfulness is key to fitting in.

Max sat down with the Gringos in Buenos Aires podcast and said the quiet part out loud: there is no other world-class city where a hundred thousand dollars still buys a real home in a great location.

He puts Buenos Aires beside Paris, London, New York and Miami, then reminds you the rest of the country throws in the ocean, Iguazu, the wine country and a glacier.

Grateful to the Gringos in Buenos Aires podcast for the invitation.

Seven tiers of red velvet and gold, and acoustics that engineers still fly here to study.

Same house as a few photos back, different angle, same disbelief.

You know this place. Say it.

Some of the kindest words land in Portuguese. Obrigado, Laura.

For our English-speaking friends: "I met Max because I'm looking for an apartment to buy in Buenos Aires. We had a meeting and I couldn't be more satisfied with all the attention he and his team gave me. On top of that, we communicated perfectly in English, which made everything much easier. I recommend his service with full confidence."
