نفتخر بشراكتنا في إطلاق النموذج الأوّلي لعقد المقاولات المتوافق مع الأحكام الشرعية (IBCC 2025) في دبي 🇦🇪.
ويمثّل هذا الإنجاز، بقيادة المركز الدولي الإسلامي للمصالحة والتحكيم (IICRA)، خطوة مهمة نحو نحو عقود مقاولات أكثر توازنًا وتوافقًا مع مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية.

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Justice and in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice,
we are proud to have partnered in the launch of the preliminary model of the Shari’ah-compliant construction contract (IBCC 2025) in Dubai 🇦🇪.
This milestone, led by the International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA), marks a new era for construction contracts in line with Islamic principles.
