Role Description:
This is a full-time/part time role for a REAL ESTATE Agents at White Horse Real Estate LLC. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors.
Responsibilities:
You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
Preparing and taking or arranging photography for the listings
Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
Negotiating deals between the two parties,
Closing deals
Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing real property
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Relevant certifications and licenses
Language English, Turkish and Russian
