"Know what you own, and know why you own it." — Peter Lynch
In other words, you must really know the value of the things you put your hard-earned money into. For our new investors, it is important to ask yourself first questions like:
"What is my ideal home?"
"Does this give me convenience or burden?"
"If I opt to rent it out, how satisfied will my customers be?"
"Does expensive always mean better? "
"What do I get with this amount?"
