POLAND-MOS
Understanding the new Mandatory Online System (MOS) for applying for a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) in Poland is crucial to avoid potential deportation.
What is MOS?
MOS is an online application system for residence permits that requires all submissions to be completed electronically. The system monitors your application, and any incomplete submissions will be automatically blocked.
To utilize MOS, you must have a Profil Zaufany. Without it, you cannot log in, submit, or legally apply.
The system will not allow submission if:
- Required fields are missing
- The employer’s section is incomplete
- Documents are uploaded incorrectly
- Data does not match
If any of these issues arise, your application will be blocked.
Your employer plays a significant role in your application process. They must fill in employment details and may need to complete their part via a system link. However, many employers may not be familiar with the correct procedures.
Main risks include:
- Delays from the employer
- Mistakes in forms
- Incorrect or missing documents
- Technical issues
These risks can lead to missed deadlines, incomplete applications, and immigration problems.
The most dangerous situation occurs if you wait until the last minute and rely on your employer, which may result in an illegal stay, deportation, or an entry ban.
Additional difficulties include:
- The system is in Polish
- No direct contact with the office
- No physical confirmation
- Strict file requirements
This makes you completely dependent on the system.
We offer full support throughout the TRC process, including:
- Full case management from start to finish
- Preparation and submission of all documents
- Direct communication with immigration offices
- Personal assistance during fingerprint appointments
- Minimizing risks, delays, and mistakes
We manage everything to ensure you remain safe and legal. It is essential to submit your documents before the MOS system begins operating.
