DUBAI RESIDENTIAL MARKET REMAINS STRONG — AUGUST 2026

Dubai’s residential property market recorded AED 23.26 billion (USD 6.33B) in sales across 10,819 home transactions in August 2026 reflecting continued buyer and investor confidence.

Off-Plan Leads the Market

Off-plan properties accounted for 70.75% of residential transaction volume, with AED 13.77 billion in sales across 7,654 transactions.

Strong Demand for Accessible Properties

83.77% of analyzed transactions were below AED 3 million, while properties priced between AED 1M–3M captured the largest share of buyer interest.

📍 Top Communities

Dubai South led the month with 1,988 completed sales, while JVC, Downtown Jebel Ali, and Azizi Milan also recorded strong activity.
