The sector recorded 215,700 property sales, an 18.7% rise in volume and 30.9% growth in value compared to 2024, reflecting strong investor trust and market resilience.
Investments exceeded Dh680 billion across 258.6k deals, with resident investors making up 56.6% and women investing Dh154 billion. Luxury property and mortgage activity also surged.
The results align with the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, targeting Dh1 trillion, and support Dubai’s vision for economic diversification and sustainable growth.
