ما هو الإنذار العدلي؟

الإنذار العدلي هي وثيقة يجب على مالك العقار إرسالها إلى المستأجر من خلال المحكمة المختصة لإبلاغه بأنه لن يجدد عقد الإيجار لفترة أخرى من الوقت. ولذلك لدى المستأجر الوقت الكافي للتخطيط والإنتقال لمكان آخر.

We will prepare the draft in english share with you for confirmation

Once you confirm the draft we will take appointment from the court for zoom video call verification

We will share the zoom link, the principal will join,
The judge will ask to show original passport and send one otp while being on call

POA will be issued and will sent to the email

1- أرسل لنا المستندات

نسخة من جواز سفر الموكل
بطاقة الهوية الاماراتية (إذا كنت مقيمًا)
رقم جوال (بوتيم)
عنوان البريد الإليكتروني

نسخة من جواز سفر الوكيل
بطاقة الهوية الاماراتية
رقم الجوال
عنوان البريد الإليكتروني

2- سنقوم بإعداد مسودة التوكيل باللغة الإنجليزية لمشاركتها معك من أجل التأكيد

3- بمجرد تأكيد المسودة ، سنأخذ موعدًا من المحكمة للتحقق من مكالمة فيديو تطبيق (زووم)

4- سيتم مشاركتك رابط (زووم) ، وسينضم الموكل

5- سيطلب القاضي إبراز جواز السفر الأصلي وسيرسل رقم otp أثناء الاتصال

6- سيتم إصدار وثيقة التوكيل وإرسالها إلى البريد الإلكتروني للموكل
